- Access to Safe Space – time and space for leaders and/or DSLs to talk openly and freely with an empathetic yet pragmatic consultant. This may take place during face-to-face sessions in school or off site (café, pub, park, beach) or via Microsoft Teams.
- Renewing the focus upon per
